What started as a little takeaway in Bilbao became something much bigger than we ever imagined. A place where curious eaters, plant lovers, and good-food enthusiasts came together, one delicious pintxo at a time.
To everyone who walked through our doors, shared a meal, brought a friend, or cheered us on: thank you. You made our first chapter unforgettable.
Now we're giving Plant Bites room to grow. We're exploring new ways to share the flavors, creativity, and values that brought us together, while imagining what our next food experience could become.
Our first location may be closing, but our mission is just getting started.

De nuestro primer bocado a todo lo que está por venir.
Lo que empezó como un pequeño local de comida para llevar en Bilbao se convirtió en algo mucho más grande de lo que jamás imaginamos. Un lugar donde personas curiosas, amantes de las plantas y apasionadas de la buena comida se encontraron, pintxo a pintxo.
A todas las personas que habéis cruzado nuestra puerta, compartido una comida, traído a un amigo o nos habéis animado durante el camino: gracias. Habéis hecho inolvidable nuestro primer capítulo.
Ahora queremos darle a Plant Bites espacio para crecer. Estamos explorando nuevas formas de compartir los sabores, la creatividad y los valores que nos unieron, mientras imaginamos cómo será nuestra próxima experiencia gastronómica.
